(433) Eros, great emotivity through exaggeration of speech tone and facial expression

(433) Eros is an amor asteroid discovered in August of 1898. Its orbit is between Earth and Mars, with an orbital piercing toward the main belt. It has a perihelion of 1.13 AU and an aphelion of 1.78 AU. It has a diameter of about 17 km. There are prediscovery images back to July-June and April of 1898, May-April and February-January of 1894 and December-October of 1893. There are astronomical explorations in the years 1900-1910, 1930-1931, 1968 and especially in 1998 and 2000-2001.

Unlike Venus, which attracts through passive yin energy, (433) Eros has a very active yang energy. Through exaggeration of speech tone and facial expression, (433) Eros has the ability to express itself with great passion and emotivity (Earth-Moon system and Mars combination). Wich becomes a very comforting emotional feedback and a great stimulation during the communication (orbital piercing toward the main belt).

(433) Eros in the movie "Memoirs of a Geisha" (2005)

(433) Eros in the movie "The Beach" (1999)

The Moon in the movie "Before Sunrise" (1995)

Venus in the movie "Pride and Prejudice" (2005)

(433) Eros can be very useful in telemarketing, radio spots or TV news reporter, like in the movie "Rec" (2007).

Such facial expression, toghether with a very variable speech tone, make (433) Eros an excelent teacher of primary education, able to hoard and mantain the attention of kids during explanations.

The sword of Damocles

"Tomb Raider Anniversary" (PS2, 2007)

Damocles was a real person that lived in Syracuse (Sicily) in the 4th Century BC, and was member of the court of Dionysius II. The story of Damocles has became mythic:

Damocles used to talk about how wonderful it must be to be a king. Dionysus, decided to teach him a lesson by inviting him to a sumptuous banquet. Damocles was enjoying very much, until Dionysus directed Damocles' attention upward, to where a big sharp sword was suspended directly over his head by a single thread.

This mythology embodies the tree key elements of (5335) Damocles: the sword (Mars), the thread (Uranus) and experiences away from day to day life (high orbital inclination).
