(2340) Hathor, stone inscription

(2340) Hathor is an aten asteroid discovered in October of 1976 and rediscovered in 1981. It has a perihelion of 0.5 AU and an aphelion of 1.2 AU (orbit between Mercury and Earth-Mars).

(2340) Hathor is related with information in text format (Mercury) that is print in a physical support (Earth), like the stone and medallion inscription in the movie "Indiana Jones and the Lost Arc" (1981) or the '666' mark of the devil in the movie "The Omen" (1976).
