(5751) Zao, food containers

(5751) Zao is an amor asteroid discovered in January of 1992. It was spotted without being identified in march of 1989.

The orbit is between the Earth-Moon system and the main belt (Ceres' aphelion). It has a perihelion of 1.21 AU and an aphelion of 2.99 AU. The semimajor axis is at 2.10 AU. It has an orbital period of 3 years and 18 days. It has an inclination of 16.0º. It has a diameter of about 2.3 km.


There are photometric observations between the years 1992 and 1995, and also in the year 2001.

(5751) Zao is related with containers of food, such as cans, bottles and tapers; and also with the picnic table, the tablecloth, napkins and cooking utensils, such as dishes, glasses and cutlery.
